Terms of Sale

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We pride ourselves on our customer service and you can call us Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM. and we will do our best to help you.

The following terms of sale apply:

 Please check your item before accepting delivery.

When your item is delivered, please check your item before accepting it. If it is damaged please refuse the item and call us. We may not be able to replace or refund your item if you do not refuse it.

3. We accept returns within 30 days (unused items only).
If your product is unwanted you can return it to us as long as you return the item unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging. You will need to pay your own return postage costs and be responsible for the item if it is damaged in transit.

SHIPPING

Shipping times vary for each item and are usually shown at the bottom of the description on each product page.

Many of our items are on 24-48 hour delivery and we dispatch on the same day if the completed payment is received before 12.30pm

4. We offer a 12 month back to base warranty (manufacturing defects only).
Our back to base warranty lasts for 12 months but only covers manufacturing defects.(Some products have a manufacturers guarantee provided direct from them, these can cover both Labour and parts, warranty details are shown on each product page) We reserve the right to either send out a replacement part or have your item returned for repair, replacement or refund at our own discretion. If an item does have to be returned under our back to base warranty you will be responsible for the cost of delivery to our unit in East Yorkshire

Refunds

Should you change your mind within the first 30 days we will offer a full refund less the cost of postage as long as the product is still in the original package and has not been used

If a product that is not covered directly by the manufacturers guarantee is faulty within the first 12 months and we are unable to fix it then we can refund the item cost less postage once the item has been returned.

VAT is charged on all our products at a rate of 20% The price shown in the shop includes VAT and a VAT invoice will be supplied with each purchase
